Mogadishu, (insidesomalia.org)-Dawn this morning a heavy fighting kicked off in some parts of the Somali capital Mogadishu.
The combat simultaneously started in some districts in the far northern direction of the city.
The fighting was between the Islamists and the Ethiopian troops in the capital.
The insurgents attacked the Ethiopian troops based at the former past factory with mortars and on their sides the Ethiopian troops responded with similar weapons.
Afterwards the battle fortified and escalated to some other section of Huriwa and Waharade districts and then dropped down towards the industrial Street.
Likewise the Islamists attacked the Somali national stadium which is currently the base of a battalion of the Ethiopian troops with rocket propel grenades, and mortars.
The exchange of the weapons could be heard almost in the entire city.
The Ethiopian troops in Somalia constantly face hot hit and ran attacks which the Islamists carry almost everyday.
Weapons fired by the Ethiopian troops landed at houses which are quit far from the battle point, and so far 5 people were reported to been wounded in the stary shells fired by the Ethiopian troops.
